Office Manager

Martha, a seasoned dental professional with 28 years of experience, finds immense joy in connecting with patients and fostering a sense of belonging. Her extensive knowledge and expertise enable her to effectively explain dental benefits to her patients. Martha is a valued member of the Highridge Dental team, cherishing the daily anticipation of providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories with her patients. Her diverse background includes roles as a receptionist, treatment coordinator, insurance specialist, and management.

In addition to her professional achievements, Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, she cherishes her family time, including spending quality moments with her husband, their five children, a granddaughter, and four furry companions.

When she’s not dedicated to her work, Martha enjoys engaging in various activities, such as traveling, exploring new restaurants, undertaking DIY projects, and decorating for the festive holidays.

Registered Dental Hygienist

As a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist with over four years of experience, I am dedicated to promoting optimal oral health and hygiene for my patients. I graduated from Carrington College with a degree in Dental Hygiene and am licensed to practice in California.

My approach combines thorough clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered philosophy. I believe that understanding is key to prevention, so I strive to make each appointment informative and fun. I specialize in preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education, ensuring each visit is informative and comfortable as my goal is to empower my patients to take charge of their smiles.

Outside of work, I enjoy paddleboarding with my chocolate lab, Maverick, as well as hiking, mountain biking, and working out, which helps me maintain a balanced, fit lifestyle.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist for many years, graduating from the Pasadena City College dental hygiene program in 1992. I take great pleasure in building relationships with patients and providing the education and motivation they need to improve their dental health.

I invest a significant amount of time each year in continuing education, researching dental journals and articles on health and new treatment trends, and attending classes and conventions. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I stay at the forefront of the dental industry.

I am dedicated to promoting smiles and optimal oral health while getting to know my patients. Providing top-level care is the focus of every visit.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, baking, and walking my dogs on the beach.

I began my dental career in March 2021 at a pediatric dental office, and it quickly became clear that I had found my passion. What started as a surprising career choice has turned into a fulfilling journey, helping families smile in confidence. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with family and friends, attending church, exploring new coffee shops, and embarking on spontaneous trips. Each experience enriches my life and fuels my enthusiasm for both dentistry and adventure.

I’ve been working in the dental field for four years, starting my journey at the front desk. During my time in this role, I developed a strong interest in the clinical side of dentistry, which led me to pursue becoming a dental assistant. After two years as an assistant, I’ve gained hands-on experience in a wide range of procedures, and I’ve truly found my passion in patient care and supporting the dental team. I’m excited to continue growing in the field and combining my skills to provide the best care possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. I’m an avid reader and love getting lost in a good book. Staying active is important to me, so I make time to hit the gym regularly to stay healthy and energized. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I cherish the time I spend with my loved ones, especially my husband. Balancing work, health, and quality time with family keeps me grounded and inspired.
